Guided Meditation


My guided group meditation sessions incorporate deep relaxation, breath-work and visualisation - each custom scripted with a different theme or focus, to facilitate self reflection and learning. 


It's an extremely powerful way to deeply relax - easing stress/anxiety and promoting healing, calmness and confidence about the future. 

Workplace sessions are available, alongside classes in yoga studios and my weekly zoom session on Wednesday at 8pm.
